Mental Illness, Shootings, and Stigma

Today on the show I talk about the unfortunate recent shooting at a high school in Florida. I wanted to cover the stigma behind mental illness that comes out of these majorly sad events and talk to my listeners about what they can do to not be so consumed by such sad news.
